- Ensure gates are unlocked when service is scheduled
If access is not available, a service fee or rescheduling may apply.
4. Recurring Services

- Scheduling may vary due to weather, seasonality, or operational needs
- We may adjust timing while maintaining service frequency
Customers may pause or cancel recurring service with reasonable notice.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations should be requested in advance when possible
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee

6. Property Conditions and Limitations
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing property damage
- Hidden hazards (rocks, debris, irrigation issues, etc.)
- Damage caused by unsafe site conditions
- Plant loss due to weather, disease, pests, or improper prior care
Customers are responsible for informing us of known hazards.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment is due according to the invoice terms
- Late payments may result in service pause
- We may require payment methods to be kept on file for recurring services
- Pricing may change with notice
8. Satisfaction and Service Issues
If you are not satisfied:
- Notify us within a reasonable timeframe
- We may offer a revisit when appropriate
- Remedies are limited to service correction when reasonable
We do not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes due to natural factors.
